The artist's world of marketing

My most recent art sales have been a medium sized original for just under $1000, and two miniature originals for $250 a piece. Pleasing. But Ebay is fun and just because I've got a reputation to uphold, I don't want to miss out on it.

So, I've decided to do some small works that don't conflict with my regular body of work, and also to be anonymous so I don't conflict with my license agreements, contracts and gallery.

Currently I have four live auctions on ebay, just testing the water. The great thing is, it's not my usual high priced work, I don't really care how much they sell for, so I'm not feeling any pressure. That helps me to loosen up and experiment if you will, which helps me to grow as an artist!
